A downed tree limb caused a power outage and small brush fire on Monday in Trion.

The limb came down on India Drive in Trion and caught a NGEMC power line that sparked a small fire.  The Trion Fire Department responded to the scene along with crews from North Georgia Electric.

Around 32 households in the area were without power for a period of time while NGEMC crews worked to fix the damages.
