Free drive-up COVID-19 testing is still being offered by the Northwest Georgia Department of Public Health; however, Chattooga County residents will have to drive to neighboring Walker County or Floyd County to take advantage of the drive-up test sites.

A new schedule released on Friday shows that free, drive-up COVID-19 testing will be available in Floyd County at the Rome Fair Grounds on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM.  Free, drive-up COVID-19 testing is available in Walker County at Mount Zion Baptist Church on Dunwoody Road in LaFayette on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM until Noon and 12:30 PM until 4:30 PM.

You can still get free, COVID-19 testing at the Chattooga County Health Department in Summerville, but you will need to make an appointment and visit the Health Department to receive the testing.
