In the weekly accident report released by the Georgia State Patrol on Tuesday, a 18 year old Summerville man told Georgia State Troopers that he wrecked because a black four door car was following him and had made contact with the rear of his vehicle. 

According to the report, 18 year old Dylan Wayne Hurley was travelling west on Highway 48 when he attempted to turn onto Fish Hatchery Road and missed the road traveling into a nearby field.  As the driver attempted to exit the field he came back onto Fish Hatchery Road at a high rate of speed and flipped the 2000 Chevy Blazer he was driving.

Georgia State Patrol officers said that there was no evidence that a vehicle had made contact with Mr. Hurley’s Blazer.  He was cited for failure to maintain a single lane and no seatbelt.
