Another convicted drug dealer, Juan Duque, drew a sentence in excess of 17 years from federal Judge Harold L. Murphy in Rome Tuesday. The Polk County man who was convicted earlier this year at the end of a near six week trial, continued to claim he had nothing to do with drugs or any conspiracy during he sentencing hearing Tuesday. Shane Rosser and Daniel Villenas Reyes, whose convictions in the drug conspiracy involved elements of murder, will be sentenced during the first week of June. Rosser was held responsible for the murder TJ Agan and Chris Fortenberry in the spring of 2003
