Having a drug-free workplace is the topic for the Chattooga County Chamber of Commerce’s next meeting.
Karen Tinker, business development manager for The Council on Alcohol and Drugs, will be the speaker. She will explain how the organization changes lives by empowering communities to prevent substance abuse and its related problems at home, school and work with proven, practical resources, prevention education, and advocacy.
Ms. Tinker will reveal five easy steps to becoming a state certified Drug Free Workplace.
The meeting will be catered by Jim’s Family Restaurant. It will be held at the Chatooga County Civic Center on October 19th.
