The Chattooga County Extension Office is continuing their Food Preservation Workshops with the next class set for July 14th. 

Previous classes have dealt with preserving jams and salsa.  This month’s workshop will deal with soup starter and freezer jams.

The classes are held at the Chattooga County Agricultural Center on Middle School Road in Summerville.  The cost is $20 per class and the class lasts from 10 AM – 1 PM.  Space is limited.
