A man, who was arrested Monday for willful obstruction of law enforcement officers, had 3 other charges tacked on while still in jail.

According to a Floyd County report, 22-year-old Dennis Wayne Hall allegedly continuously pushed the victims head into the dashboard of the vehicle and physically prevented the victim from leaving the vehicle.

Hall is charged with false imprisonment and family violence battery.

He is also charged two counts of cruelty to children in the 3rd degree, when he committed the above offenses in the presence of two young children.

No bond is set.
