* WIND CHILL READINGS…BETWEEN 5 AND 10 ABOVE.

* TIMING…AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT THROUGH MID-MORNING TUESDAY.

* WINDS…NORTHWEST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES…MINIMUM TEMPERATURES 15 TO 20 DEGREES.
