Over 350 voters cast ballots last week during the first week of early voting for the May 24th Primary Election.

According to the Chattooga County Registrar Office, there were 364 ballots cast last week.  Forty-five of those were cast on Saturday.  Here are the numbers for the rest of the week:

Monday, May 2: 74
Tuesday, May 3: 67
Wednesday, May 4: 67
Thursday, May 5: 52
Friday, May 6: 59
Early voting continues this week and once again on Saturday, voters will have a chance to cast their ballots.  Be sure to bring a picture ID when you come to vote at the Chattooga County Registrar Office, just south of the Chattooga County Courthouse on Commerce Street.
