LaFayette Police arrested a Florida man who is accused of stealing a license plate off a vehicle in the Walmart parking lot, and placing it on his vehicle.

A store employee reported seeing a man take the tag and called police.  Police reviewed the video and determined that the man had stolen the tag and attached it to his vehicle.

Forty-six-year-old Roger Dale Thompson of Callaway, Florida was charged with theft by taking.
