* Floyd Outpatient Pulmonary Rehabilitation

* The Breast Center at Floyd

The following offices will be closed today:

* Senior Enrichment Center at Polk Medical Center
* Subway Sandwiches at Floyd Medical Center

*Floyd Primary Care in Taylorsville

*The Floyd Primary Care offices of Dr. James Collins and Dr. Mark Virtue

*The Floyd Pediatric Care offices of Dr. Anne Lule and Dr. Sylvia Washington

* Floyd Primary Care in Summerville and Floyd Urgent Care in Summerville are closed today
