A Floyd County man remained in jail Wednesday morning after police said he fired a gun near another man Sunday, Feb. 20, reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail reports:

Shane Conrad Davis, 35, 702 Wayside Road, was charged with felony aggravated assault and terroristic threats and acts and misdemeanor reckless conduct. According to police, Davis pointed and fired a gun into a wall next to another man at a Wayside Road residence. The report also stated there were two kids in a truck on the other side of the wall who could have been struck by a stray bullet
