A Floyd County woman was arrested this week after stealing thousands of dollars worth of lottery tickets from the place where she worked.
Floyd County Police say that fort-four-year-old Heather Maria Williams of Silver Creek stole $20,000 worth of scratch-off lottery tickets from her employer.
When police went to arrest Williams, they found her to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Williams has been charged with felony theft by taking, felony shoplifting and possession of methamphetamine.
