A Rome man, identified as a former employee of Loyd’s Wrecker Service, was arrested late last week after allegedly detonating an explosive device at the business on Turner McCall Boulevard.
William Craig Crabtree, 64, of Rome, faces multiple charges following reports that he set off an explosive at the Floyd County business. According to authorities, after detonating the device, Crabtree reportedly sped away from the scene in his 2008 Honda Pilot.
