Two men were arrested for fighting at Domino’s Pizza on Friday. According to the report by the Chattooga County Sheriff's Office,

Ricky McCurry and Jeffery Caldwell reportedly got into an argument at the location and Caldwell reportedly spit in McCurry's face. This brought on a physical right. Jeffrey Caldwell reportedly was working at Dominoes and helping to clean out the restaurant that was closing. He said he allowed McCurry to use the phone and wasn't sure why the initial argument began. Both men had visible injuries, according to the report. A witness to the fight, another dominoes employee who said he tried to break up the right, said McCurry threw a beer can and rocks at him.

After being asked several times, McCurry admitted to the deputy that he had had two, 12 ounce beers and one, 24 ounce beer before the fight. McCurry tested .056 on the alcohol sensor, the report indicated. Both men were charged with fighting, with McCurry additionally charged with pedestrian under the influence. 

Domino’s Pizza has since shut their doors in Summerville.  Although apparently unrelated to the fight in the parking lot, managers came in to the location and told employees that they were closing the store and began hauling equipment out of the restaurant according to reports.
