An Alabama man was in jail Saturday after being charged with being a fugitive from justice out of Tennessee, reports stated.

Anthony Harold Smith, age 55, of Albertville, is wanted in Dickson County, Tennessee. The report said unspecified warrants were issued for his arrest. He was being held without bond Saturday night.
