Charges have been filed in connection with a deadly wreck on Livingston Road last Monday.

According to Floyd County Police, a 2007 Ford F-150, driven by sixty-two-year-old Kenneth Tudor of Gaylesville, Alabama left the roadway and struck a tree.

A passenger in the truck, sixty-year-old Shawna Kelley, also of Gaylesville, sustained fatal injuries.

Tudor was arrested Saturday at Floyd Medical Center and charged with felony 1st-degree vehicular homicide, DUI, open container, failure to maintain a lane, and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
