The Georgia Department of Drivers Services (DDS) is closed for a system upgrade.  The closure is affecting all offices, including the ones in Rome and Rock Spring.

The offices closed yesterday and will reopen on January 18, 2021.  During the closure, customers will not be able to use the online or mobile app for the Department of Drivers Services.

The DDS offices in Rome and Rock Spring will reopen on Tuesday, January 19th.

The DDS is asking for patience from customers as the DDS team members learn the new system.  There may be longer waits than normal until team members adjust to the new system, according to the DDS.
