The arrival of the New Year will be followed by the start of a new legislative session. The Georgia General Assembly is slated to begin their 2022 session on Monday, January 10^th.

Measures related to mental and behavioral health will be among some of the top priorities this year. And as always, state lawmakers will be required to achieve a balanced budget for Georgia.
