The Georgia News Network the largest statewide radio news networks in the United States.  WZQZ has been an affiliate of GNN for the past thirteen years.  Recently GNN updated their program delivery services to affiliate stations.

Several people had commented to WZQZ about GNN Sportscasts being out of date when they aired.  WZQZ passed that information along to the Georgia News Network and they took steps to correct the problem by updating their FTP delivery sites to allow more timely and accurate updates.

WZQZ General Manager Jimmy Holbrook said, “Recently we have had some problems with the Georgia News Network’s delivery system.  While WZQZ has no control over the content or delivery time of GNN programs, we always want to bring the latest, most up-to-date information to our listeners.  WZQZ is extremely pleased that the Georgia News Network has taken steps to alleviate the problem and looks forward to our continued partnership with the nation’s largest statewide radio news network.”
