A Silver Creek man accused of writing a counterfeit check for over $1,000 was additionally charged this week with two counts of having stolen vehicles, reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail records Toby Lance Eden, age 23 is now facing two counts of felony theft by receiving motor vehicles after being found in possession of two motorcycles — a blue and white Suzuki 125 and a Yamaha 90 — that he knew were stolen.

He was arrested at the intersection of Georgia 101 and Spur 101 on Tuesday.   

Eden was initially charged with felony executing or negotiating counterfeit checks along w/ three probation violations.
