Georgia Farm Bureau members will gather at Jeckyll Island next month for the organizations 85th Annual Convention.  Georgia Governor Brian Kemp will address the Farm Bureau members at their convention.

The Georgia Farm Bureau has been holding their annual meeting on Jekyll Island since the 1970’s.  “Through the years, Jekyll Island has become our home away from home,” GFB President Tom McCall said. “Since 1976, Georgia Farm Bureau has met on Jekyll for our convention every year except for 2020 when we held smaller, district meetings due to the pandemic.

In addition to Governor Kemp, Farm Bureau members will hear from American Farm Bureau Federation President Zippy Duvall, outgoing Georgia Commissioner of Agriculture Gary Black, and Georgia Commissioner-elect of Agriculture Tyler Harper.

Convention activities begin at 10 AM on December 4th at the Jekyll Island Convention Center.
