The Chattooga County Grand Jury has indicted a Menlo man for alledgedly raping a woman in 2007.  According to Court documents Kristopher Ryan King of a Blowing Springs Road address in Menlo will be tried for rape, aggravated assault under the family violence act and battery.  The alledged rape took place on May 26, 2007.  The indictment said that King "intentionally caused visible bodily harm" to the victim.
