Another gun stolen in the county.

 

According to the report, Ron and Patricia Brewer, of a Back Berryton Road address, reported on Monday that someone had broken into their home and stolen several items including a Remington BDL, seven millimeter magnum rifle.

 

Sound and music equipment also was taken and an air conditioning unit had been tampered with but not taken. According to the report, a rear window to the residence had been tampered with and two hasps with master locks had been taken off two separate rooms within the residence. Someone reportedly had gone through two jewelry boxes inside the home but nothing was reported taken from those jewelry boxes. 

 

A heating unit cover had been removed and drawers from a china cabinet had been opened also.

 

In addition to the rifle, also taken was: an electric guitar, an acoustic guitar, a guitar case, a bettery charger, and speakers. Items taken are valued at more than $4500. The investigation is ongoing, according to the report.
