The Coosa Valley Chapter of Habitat for Humanity will be holding an informational meeting in Chattooga County coming up a week from this Thursday.  The meeting is meant to inform people interested in applying for a home and will be held at the Chattooga County Civic Center on January 26, 2023.

Habitat homeowners must be active participants in building a better home and future for themselves and their families. Every Habitat home is an investment.  Habitat form Humanity says it is one answer to a critical need, and they believe that stronger homes will create stronger communities.

The informational sessions are not required, but they are encouraged and give prospective home owners answers to any questions they might have.  The deadline to apply for this year is February 24, 2023.

The informational session in Chattooga County will be held at the Chattooga County Civic Center on Highway 48 in Summerville, across from Truist Bank.  It will be held at 6 PM on Thursday, January 26, 2023.
