A COLD FRONT OVER THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY IS EXPECTED TO MOVE
INTO NORTHWEST GEORGIA THIS AFTERNOON…THEN ACROSS THE REST OF
NORTH AND CENTRAL GEORGIA TONIGHT. WITH A COLD AIRMASS ANCHORED
OVER THE STATE…A MIXED BAG OF PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO
ACCOMPANY THE FRONT. LIGHT SNOW IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN ACROSS
EXTREME NORTH GEORGIA BY NOON…THEN ACROSS THE REST OF NORTH
GEORGIA DURING THE AFTERNOON. RAIN MAY BECOME MIXED WITH SNOW
ACROSS PORTIONS OF CENTRAL GEORGIA BY LATE DAY. SCATTERED LIGHT
