A Trion man says that someone struck his vehicle on Penn Bridge Road last week and drove off without stopping.

Larry Holbrooks told a responding deputy that he was traveling west on Penn Bridge road coming into Trion in his 2018 Honda Accord, when a red, four-door Chevrolet came over the hill on his side of the road and the two vehicles mirror’s struck each other – knocking the complainant’s mirror off the driver’s side of the Honda.

Mr. Holbrooks said that the vehicle that left the scene had their driver side mirror knocked off as well.

The responding deputy patrolled the area looking for the other vehicle involved in the accident, but the other vehicle was never located.
