A local resident returned after a few days away to discover that a window in their home had been damaged by vandals.

On Sunday August 29th, Summerville Officers met with Kristin Brown at her residence on Church Street. Brown stated that she had left her home on Friday August, 27th with nothing wrong, and when she returned on Sunday the 29th, she noticed that one of front windows had been busted out. Officers were able to observe several rocks laying on the ground underneath the window and that the window was completely shattered. A report was placed on file for homeowners insurance purposes.
