Four inmates were indicted by a Chattooga County Grand Jury last week for a 2012 fight in the cafeteria at Hays State Prison.

 

According to court records those indicted are:  

–William Nabarro Castillo and Allen Merrill Cobb: riot in penal institution; obstruction of an officer and simple battery. Castillo is accused of hitting a correctional officer with a food tray.Cobb is charged with striking an officer about the face.

 

— Raymond E. Razzo and Jason Lee Roberts: aggravated battery, obstruction of an officer, and riot in a penal institution. Razzo is accused of seriously disfiguring a correctional officer's nose. Roberts is accused of striking a correctional officer abut the head with a wooden cane.

 

The fight occurred in the prison cafeteria in which a few correctional officers were injured on May 18, 2012..
