The Floyd County Police Department has arrested three people captured on video from a Thanksgiving theft at the laundromat in Lindale. They remain in custody at the jail without bond. 

The clothing that was stolen, which belonged to a special needs child, has also been returned to the single mother who was the victim. 

Police have charged (left to right) Crystal Fricks (18), Jesse Milner (20), and Ryan Fricks (20) with second degree burglary, theft by taking and criminal trespass.

According to preliminary reports the victim left her clothes in the dryer while she went home to check on Thanksgiving dinner. When she returned she found that all of her clothes had been taken.

The Floyd County Police Department is appreciative of the outpouring of support for the victim, not only with information about the identity of the suspects but in the generosity of neighbors to replace the child’s clothes that were stolen.
