Chattooga County Superior Court Judge Kristine Graham will be facing opposition after telling the local newspaper that she doesn’t have any plans to retire.  Graham, the daughter of famed Summerville Attorney Bobby Lee Cook, has served on the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit bench for thirty-one years.  She was appointed to the bench in 1991 by Georgia Governor Zell Miller. Two Ringgold attorneys have announced plans to run against Judge Graham in the next election.
