This week, a judge in Atlanta rejected an appeal from voters in the 14th Congressional District who had sought to have U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene removed from the General Election ballot in November.

The judge affirmed the Georgia secretary of state’s decision that U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene IS ELIGIBLE to run for re-election.

Five voters from Georgia’s 14th district, backed by a national election and campaign group, sought to have her removed from the ballot saying that Greene played a significant role in the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Greene will be facing off against Democrat Marcus Flowers in the November General Election.
