A Rome woman arrested by police Saturday afternoon on charges of shoplifting from Kroger was also charged with having a pipe with crack cocaine residue in it.

Eloise Katie Mitchell, 45, of 100 E. Ninth St., is charged with felony possession of crack cocaine and misdemeanor shoplifting and possession of drug-related objects.

She was charged with stealing $59.66 worth of food from the grocery store. Mitchell was being held without bond late Saturday.
