The LaFayette Church of Christ was broken into after Wednesday night services. According to reports, televisions and computers were all left in place and only $40 to $50 in cash was taken. There apparently have been several similar incidents in the area with only small amounts of cash taken according to police. The church is located at the corner of West Main and Cherokee Streets in LaFayette.
