A resident of Carriage Hill Apartments in LaFayette was arrested after patrolling officers say they saw him drop a baggie while walking from a nearby store to apartment building “A”.
An arrest was made, but the man resisted and had to be tased. According to the report, the 15.4 grams of meth recovered in the baggie was typical of a saleable amount of the drug.
Forty-two-year-old Richard Allen Brown was charged with possession of meth with intent to distribute and obstruction of officers.
