
A fifty-four-year-old LaFayette man was arrested by drug task force agents in Chattooga County after he was accused of selling drugs in a Dollar General store parking lot. The Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit Drug Task Force says that David Pettigrew was seen selling 140 prescription pills to another person for $140. The incident happened at the Dollar General Store on Highway 114 in Lyerly. Pettigrew was charged with manufacturing, possession or distribution of non-controlled substances. The incident took place on December 29th.
