A Trion man was arrested on Monday after running a red light on Highway 27 in LaFayette.

LaFayette Police observed a Honda Civic run a red light on the Highway 27 Bypass at East Villanow, Monday evening.
There was a language barrier at the traffic stop,  and the driver did not have a valid drivers license.  21 year old Carlos Fernando Cardona of Trion was charged with failure to obey a traffic signal along with a felony count of driving with no license due to  having been cited previously.
