A man was arrested in LaFayette after he allegedly pointed a gun at another as the two argued in the street.
WQCH Radio in LaFayette reports that twenty-one-year-old Brennan Lee Kinsey had been arguing with another male about a former girlfriend. Witnesses said that Kinsey walked in front of a Daugherty Street home, yelling profanities. When the father of the family confronted him, witnesses told police that Kinsey pulled a pistol and at “waist level”, pointed it in the direction of the man. Kinsey denied pointing the pistol at him.
No one was hurt. Kinsey was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of pointing a gun at another person.
