LaFayette Police made an arrest in a back yard on Culberson Avenue where the owner found a man unconscious with a knife in his hand.
According to LaFayette Police, The resident did not know his identity.
The report states that twenty-three-year-old Austin Chandler Hogue was missing a shoe and had blood on his nose.
He appeared to be under the influence of an unknown intoxicant.
Hogue was taken to jail on a charge of disorderly conduct. Jail records indicated he was charged with criminal trespass.
