LaFayette Police took out a warrant against a local home owner on a charge of maintaining a disorderly house.
The LaFayette Codes Department also inspected the home, located at 51 Fortune Street, and determined that it is unsatisfactory for habitation.
Police investigators say the residence has been the subject of frequent 9-1-1 calls involving drug activity and other disturbances. A consent search was performed by officers looking for a person of interest, who was not found. Two people inside the home did appear to be under the influence of drugs, according to the report.
Fifty-eight-year-old Stacy Fowler was arrested last week on the “disorderly house” charge.
