For the first time in almost three decades, the LaFayette Ramblers are headed for playoff action this year in Georgia Region 6AAA postseason play.
The Rambler Football program is celebrating it’s first appearance in the playoffs in 27 years. With a 4 and 5 season record, the Ramblers have the fourth seed in Region 6-triple-A. Their next contest is an away-game at Cherokee Bluff, the Region 7 champs.
Cherokee Bluff is located in Flowery Branch in Hall County.
Rambler fans are invited to a “Send Off” Parade through the square in LaFayette this Friday at 2 PM – in honor of the football team, cheerleaders and the Rambler Band.
