The City of Summerville’s customers in the Lake Wanda Reita Road area suffered a brief water outage Friday afternoon.

Summerville City Clerk Angie White released a notice informing local news media of the outage around 1:10 PM, saying that city employees were working on the issue.

At 3:30 PM, Mrs. White released a second notice saying that water service had been restored to those customers.
