A Groundbreaking was held Wednesday for Lake Winnie's new water park, to be named "Soak Ya." The five-acre water park is set to open this summer. It's the first major expansion of the 88-year-old amusement park since the 1960s. It will be located on the west side of Lake Winnie in Catoosa County.
