Ms. Kelsey Ray, teacher and cheer coach at Chattooga High School, was honored today with the “Friend of The Community” Award! Ms. Kelsey Ray was nominated not only for her work within the school system, but also for what she shares of herself in the community. here are a few of the quotes from her nominations: ” Ms. Kelsey is not only a great cheer coach, but she has impacted many lives by educating and sharing about fragile x syndrome. Her son was diagnosed with this syndrome and Kelsey was diligent in her research, raising awareness, and educating others about it. This has helped so many just in our community.
