Summertime and Georgia peaches go hand-in-hand and once again this year the Chattooga County Extension Office and 4-H will be selling Georgia free-stone peaches.
The annual peach sale is one of the biggest fundraisers of the year for the local 4-H.
The peaches come from Dickey Farms in Mussella, Georgia. Dickey Farms has been a family farm for over 120 years growing Georgia peaches.
All of the peaches will be free-stone peaches and are great for canning, freezing, home-made peach ice cream or just enjoying right out of the box.
Boxes of peaches are $35 each and can be ordered by calling the local Extension Office or you can message them on Facebook.
