From Thursday, August 21st, to Sunday, August 24th, fairgoers will have the unique opportunity to learn new skills and witness live demonstrations from a diverse array of local gardeners, craftsmen, chefs, and experts.

4:00 PM: Mozzarella Cheese Making with Katie Carlson Bandy of Sunset Creek Farms, demonstrating the farm-to-table process of crafting mozzarella from goat’s milk.
5:30 PM: Ice Cream in A Bag presented by Chattooga County Farm Bureau, a fun and interactive science experiment that results in a delicious treat for all.
