Turn-out was dismal to say the least in Chattooga County for the nonpartisan run-off election held on Tuesday.  Only 3% of Chattooga County’s 11,491 registered voters voted in the election. 

Voters in Chattooga County voted 56.25% to 43.75% in favor of David Nahmias who was challenged by Tammy Lynn Adkins for the Georgia Supreme Court.  Voters voted for Chris McFadden 52.42% over 47.58% for Antoinette "Toni" Davis for the Georgia Court of Appeals. Nahmias and McFadden also won state-wide.
