Chattooga County Sheriff Mark Schrader says that detectives with the Chattooga County Sheriff's Office have charged Justin Lee Long of Cedar Bluff, Alabama in the shooting death of John England III of Summerville.  Long is charged with: murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.  He is currently being held in the Chattooga County Jail without bond.
