Recently residents with Lyerly and Menlo Post Office addresses received a survey in the mail about the future of the two postal facilities.  Residents were asked if they would like to see the offices cut back their hours and reduce services or allow a retail store to sell post office products and move the postal service to Summerville.

Today residents can attend meetings regarding the post offices.  The meeting in Lyerly will be held at 2:00 PM at the Lyerly Post Office and the meeting at Menlo will be held at 4 PM at the Menlo Post Office.
