On Saturday, November 15th, a report of damage to property brought a Chattooga County officer to Beavers Road.

The homeowner spoke with the officer and said that when she returned home, she found that someone had hit her mailbox, knocking it off the post and breaking the post itself.

The officer saw that the post did lean and was damaged as if it had been hit. The homeowner valued the mailbox and post at $60.
